Watford Senior Citizens Forum

There are a high proportion of older people in Watford and the surrounding district, with their own unique problems and concerns. There is a great need for them to have a voice to be able to make others aware of these problems.
Many people regard senior citizens as 'useless' 'past their sell by date', but this is not so. We feel that we are a valuable source of knowledge, experience and wisdom that should be made use of. Watford Senior Citizens Forum members are a powerful voice, to speak up for all older people, at local and national level, and to get things done.

If you are interested in any aspect of our forum and would like to find out more about joining us, please contact LenTomlinson 01923 249 791. We are a very friendly bunch, and new thoughts and ideas are always welcome. There are no membership fees, and anyone in the Watford area and surrounding districts over the age of 50 can attend, just come along to our next meeting to meet us, and see for yourselves. You will be very welcome.
